All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our location in NSW, Australia. Freight will be shipped via common carrier and freight and handling charge will be included in the invoice total for the shipment.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Returns will be accepted only if authorized by Phenix Industries. All returns must include the return authorization given by personnel at Phenix. If product is accepted as a return, replacement part(s) or house credit will be issued. Cash or credit card refunds are not available.
